A Novel Insight Into the Fabrication of Polyhydroxyalkanoates from Actinobacteria Streptomyces toxytricini D2: Screening, Optimization, and Biopolymer Characterization

The aim of this research was to identify a biopolymer producing potential actinobacteria candidate from polluted soil. Streptomyces toxytricini D2 enumerated as producer, which isolated and characterized using 16S rRNA sequencing. S. produced polymeric granules were categorized through FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR analyses, confirmed that the Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs). has competence produce 86.56% PHAs (23.64 g L−1 27.31 biomass) under optimized growth conditions: 8% tapioca molasses, 4% (NH4)2SO4, inoculum, pH 6.5, 30 °C 72 h incubation. These findings concluded could be used an efficient for mass production polymer conditions, with low-cost carbon source in short time period.
